Payments & refunds

Refund wording must stay consistent with Stripe settings and consumer law that applies to you. This page does not invent or waive legal rights.

Processor

Payments are processed by Stripe in EUR. Amounts are validated server-side between €1 and €500.

What you buy

Nothing. A completed payment is a voluntary contribution with no promised deliverable.

Receipts

Stripe may email a receipt if you provide an email address during checkout. PayMeAnyway does not store card data.

Refunds

Because contributions are voluntary and non-deliverable by design, discretionary refunds are not guaranteed. Where applicable consumer or payment-network rules require a refund or chargeback process, those rules apply and are handled through Stripe.

If you believe a payment was unauthorized or made in error, contact Stripe support for the payment method you used and, if needed, use the form below. Include approximate time and amount — never full card numbers.

Failed, cancelled, expired

Cancelled checkouts, expired sessions, and failed payments are not counted as successful contributions.
